It depends on the question you need an answer. If it is related to the payment made in your account is ambiguous then you can contact BeautyeBooking either through email at firstname.lastname@example.org OR you can dial a call at [Phone Number].
But if it is related to any dispute, charged card related details, Refund or Payment failed from concerned Bank side etc. then you have to contact the client OR the concerned Bank.
