You can cancel, confirm and reschedule your appointment by going to your appointment details by clicking View icon in your My appointment section after login.
a. If your appointment status is Pending then you can mark that appointment cancel by clicking cancel button OR reschedule by clicking Re-Book button.
b. If your appointment status is Initiated then you can either Confirm your appointment and/or you can cancel, Re-Book your appointment by going to details of that appointment.
c. If your appointment time has passed more than 15 minutes then your appointment status will be set to Missed and in that case, you can only Re-Schedule/Re-Book that service/appointment. Please note in Re-Schedule you have to provide all the required details.
