The cancellation fee policy is defined by the Vendor whose salon and/or spa services you have booked. If your appointment status is Pending and you cancel your appointment then there will be no cancellation fee. But once the appointment status sets to Initiated then cancelling an appointment will apply late fee charge. You can cancel your appointment during Pending status by login to your customer account and go to My Appointments and click Cancel button in your appointment details. If your appointment payment mode is Cash on Service then you will not charge and your appointment will just mark Cancelled Appointment.
